I have read Hodkin and Tolkien's Hobbit, the rest are still on my TBR along with LotR, which is bad enough by itself! :DHappy reading! My TTT
OOh nice! The only one I read is Vincent and I looooove her books! Hodkin is in the TBR pile and I'm hoping to read her first one soon! Here's my Tuesday post Have a GREAT day!Old Follower :)
Great list :)Cora @ Tea Party Princess
I'm surprised I haven't read The Hobbit, yet. We should both get on that :P
I really like The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer. It's a book I would definitely recommend. My dad read The Hobbit to me when I was a kid and I remember loving it, but I haven't ever been able to read Tolkien's other books! Please check out my TTT
I've read books from three of these authors-Dashner, King and Tolkien :)Just found your blog and now following :)Finley Jaynehttp://finleyjaynesbookshelves.blogspot.com/
I haven't read most of these either haha. I have read Michelle Hodkin though. Mara Dyer is one of my favourite books. I hope you decide to/ get round to reading it sometime :)
I hope you end up reading some of these authors. With the exception of a couple, they write some of my favorite books!!!!
I actually liked liked the first in Brandon Sanderson's Mistborn series quite a bit. It was a rather unique fantasy novel. However, I highly recommend The Rithmatist by him as I loved it. My list is here:http://pagesofstarlight.blogspot.com/2014/03/top-ten-popular-authors-ive-never-read.html
...the only author I've read from your list is James Dashner-- we're guilty twins!! I did read a bit of Tolkien but have never finished any of the Lord of the Rings (or the Hobbit!) Here's my TTT!
I love Rachel Vincent! I have tried (unsuccessfully) to get into The Hobbit, and in the past, I've read lots of Stephen King, but now, he just scares me too much :)Great list :)Thanks for stopping by earlier. Happy reading.Lexxie @ (un)Conventional Bookviews
The only one on this list I have read is The Maze Runner, it was ok. I am excited to see how they do the movie!New follower :)Missie @ A Flurry of Ponderings
I haven't read about half of your authors either. But of those that you listed, I highly recommend Stephanie Perkins. Thanks for visiting my TTT!
I haven't read quite a few people on this list as well. I should have included Stephanie Perkins on mine, I feel like I need to read her series sometime soon (I think it's a series, isn't it? It features some of the same characters through out the novels but they also work fine on their own so I'm not sure how that would be classed). You definitely need to get on to reading Tolkien, I'd start with The Hobbit because it's definitely the easiest to read and I don't think his work is for everyone, no matter how many people love him. Great list!
The only author I'm familiar with from here is Steven King who is amazing! Thanks for stopping by my post :)
I haven't read books by many of these authors either. However, you must read Rae Carson's Fire and Thorns series and Anna and the French Kiss! Thanks for stopping by :)
I haven't read many of these authors, except: Stephanie Perkins, Libba Bray (listened to Beauty Queens in November and I LOOOOVED it!), Michelle Hodkins (wasn't a fan) and Rachel Vincent. Stephen King is too scary for me, haha!
I haven't read most of the authors on your list either but I have read Stephanie Perkins and Michelle Hodkins and I'd suggest you read their books. They're fabulous. Thanks for stopping by my post earlier. Happy reading! Sarika @ The Readdicts
I really liked Rachel Vincent's Soul Screamers series! You should check it out! Oh, and Stephanie Perkins is great! Thanks for checking out my post!
Nice list. :DI've read Rachel Vincent's Soul Screamer and liked it, finished several Stephen King books - so I'm definitely a fan - and there's also my obsession with Middle Earth caused by the Professor Tolkien. I've yet to open a book by other authors on your list, so I guess I should do so in the future. :DMy TTT.
Oh Stephanie Perkins!! I really can't recommend her books enough! They will totally make you swoon. Thanks for stopping by earlier!
Please leave a comment, I love reading each and every one of them :). This blog is an award free zone. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and I appreciate them :).
