'Reading a book is like re-writing it for yourself. You bring to a novel, anything you read, all your experience of the world. You bring your history and you read it in your own terms.'- Angela Carter

  1. Ooh nice list! I loved, LOVED Tiger Lily! Thought it was such an awesome story! Hope you read that one soon! And I finally read The 5th Wave myself two weeks ago or so! It was pretty good too!

    Here's my Tuesday post

    Have a GREAT day!

    Old Follower :)

  2. The only one I've read is Tiger Lily and I wasn't a huge fan of it, but it looks like that's just me haha. There's a lot on this list I want but haven't bought. Hopefully you get to some of them soon :)

  3. Defy is really good. Just read it last week. Hope you get to it soon :)

  4. The 5th Wave is fantastic! I should go check my top ten for last time this topic came up and see if I've read any yet...

  5. Nice list!! See, I wanted to choose this topic too but my list of unread books, that I just had to buy, is just WAY TO LONG!!! I was going to take a picture of all of them but when I looked at my bookcase this morning and saw all the trouble I had to go through to get to all the books, I changed my mind with a quickness!!! LOL! It made me realize that I need to stop buying books!~~ (but i won't)

  6. Nice list! I´ve read and enjoyed The Burning Sky and Not a Drop to Drink. Hope you enjoy them.
Here is My Top 10 Tuesday

  7. Not a Drop to Drink was really good. I was so excited for Taken until the less than good reviews started pouring in. Nice list of books...now just to find the time to read them all, huh?

  8. These all have such gorgeous covers. I had to add some to my TBR. I read The Casual Vacancy and had a hard time with it. I think I was too stuck on expecting Harry Potter, but it's completely different. Please check out my TTT Thanks!

  9. SAME FOR ME! But I read TCV and Defy. Not others. XD
I mean even my MOM will read TCV before you, loooord! :D She started it today, or will tomorrow, something along those lines. It's so gooooood! I hope you both like it. :D

  10. Haha we all buy books thinking "OMG I HAVE to have this book" and then months later they're neglected unread on the shelves haha. And if you're going to do one thing this month it is to pick up The 5th Wave because it is amazing. DO IT DO IT! x

  11. Eleanor & Park was one of the best books I read last year, and it got me back into reading YA again after a LONG break from it. Hope you enjoy it when you get to it!

  12. Great pick. I did this topic as well. Not A Drop To Drink made my list too, I really need to hurry up and read that. I don't own Eleanor & Park but I really, really, really want to read it. Nice list :) My TTT.

  13. I want to read Casual Vacancy but never made the time either. I think book 2 is about to be out too so I need to get started!!

  14. Oh wow. I don't know any of those books! Guess I need to investigate.

    My TT

  15. You know what? I have a few of these myself! If I were you I'd start with Not a Drop to Drink and Days of Blood.

    Thanks for stopping by :)

  16. I haven't read any of these books, but I have most of them on my wishlist. I have Eleanor & Park and The Burning Sky on my shelf and I need to read them soon. Thanks for sharing!

  17. Thanks for stopping my by TTT - and sorry for the late reply!

This is such a bad habit for me, too! The other day I realized I had 54 books that I just had to buy that are still sitting on my shelf. Shh, don't tell! I have Eleanor and Park on there as well as The Burning Sky. I'll get around to reading all 54 books some day - or I'll just keep adding :(

Ah, the "curse" of a book blogger!

Please leave a comment, I love reading each and every one of them :).
